These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the preventive health and lifestyle optimization platform and services operated by Reghelp Group Ltd, trading as Preventivia ("Preventivia", "we", "us") — a company registered in England and Wales under company no. 13640913, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
- Comprehensive health questionnaires and assessments
- Support for arranging diagnostics (blood tests, scans, fitness assessments)
- Support for arranging consultations with third-party professionals (coaches, experts)
- Personalized wellness and lifestyle programs
- AI-assisted insights combined with expert human review
- Coaching, educational resources, and habit-building support
- Progress tracking and reporting
Our services are preventive and educational, not medical treatment or medical advice.
3. Medical Disclaimer
- Purpose: Preventivia provides preventive health and well-being guidance
- Educational Use Only: All recommendations, insights, or reports are for informational purposes and do not substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Professional Care: Always consult your healthcare provider before making health-related decisions
- No Clinical Practice: Preventivia is not a medical practice, hospital, or healthcare provider
- Emergencies: For urgent medical concerns, contact your doctor or emergency services
- User Responsibility: Reliance on Preventivia's services is at your own discretion and risk
- Liability Disclaimer: Preventivia disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damages arising from reliance on information provided
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One account per individual; account sharing is prohibited
5. Subscription and Payment Terms
5.1 Subscription Plans
- Services may be offered on a subscription or one-time basis
- Subscription fees are billed in advance
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
5.2 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe or received directly via bank transfer)
- You authorize Preventivia to charge your selected payment method
- Failed payments may result in suspension of services
- You are responsible for applicable taxes
5.3 Cancellations, Refunds & Cooling-Off
- If purchased online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under consumer law, unless you ask us to begin services immediately
- By starting services within the cooling-off period, you agree that fees for already arranged diagnostics, tests, or consultations are non-refundable
- Ongoing subscriptions may be cancelled by giving notice at least 2 days before your next billing date
- Refunds are processed using your original payment method, typically within 14 business days
6. User Responsibilities and Conduct
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate health information
- Use services only for their intended preventive and educational purpose
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Respect intellectual property rights
You agree NOT to:
- Misuse the platform or provide false information
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Use automated tools or reverse-engineer our platform
7. Data Privacy and Security
Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Preventivia, you consent to our collection, processing, and safeguarding of your personal data as described there.
8. Intellectual Property
- All Preventivia content, software, algorithms, and branding are proprietary to Preventivia
- You retain ownership of your personal health data
- By using our services, you grant Preventivia a limited license to process your data solely to provide services
- You may not reproduce or distribute Preventivia content without prior permission
9. Service Availability and Modifications
- We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability
- Services may be suspended temporarily for maintenance or updates
- We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features, with notice where feasible
- Terms may be updated periodically
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury due to negligence, or fraud. Subject to that:
- Our services are preventive and educational, not medical
- We are not liable for any reliance on Preventivia for diagnosis or treatment
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties not expressly stated
- Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for our services during that period
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for third-party failures (labs, payment processors, wearable providers) outside our control
- Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Preventivia, its officers, staff, and affiliates against claims, damages, or losses resulting from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your misuse of our services
- Your violation of another party's rights
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Provide false or misleading information
- Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Fail to pay subscription fees
On termination, your right to access Preventivia ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
- Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation
- If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the London Court of International Arbitration rules
- English courts have exclusive jurisdiction for enforcement
